Delivery is free on orders over £40.00 to places in Kent with a CT and ME postcode and TN postcodes (not including TN14,16,22,28,29,31,33,34,35,36,37,38,39 and 40) and we are happy to deliver to either a home address or a workplace.
For orders of less than £30.00, delivery is £5.00.
If you are not available to receive a delivery at your allotted time, or you have not made prior arrangements there will be a £5 charge for re-delivery.
We take the utmost care with selecting your produce and will always endeavour to send you the very best,however we offer a full refund service against any product found to be sub-standard, provided it is returned prior to it's use by date.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

At J C Rook and Sons we are committed to ensuring that your delivery arrives in tip top condition. All of our courier delivered goods will be packaged in sealed polystyrene boxes. Your goods inside will be surounded by freezer sticks and then wrapped in bubble wrap.
The order will be prepared and dispatched the day prior to you receiving it, enabling us to maintain the very highest standards of quality and freshness.
