Our Staff

The history of the company and its continuing commitment to training and developing its staff has brought clear benefits in terms of the success of the business.

Our aim is to continue to develop our staff to achieve our business objectives. Appraised interviews are conducted annually with individuals to establish:-

Their individual role within the organisation;

How they contribute to the achievement of organisational and departmental (e.g. a particular shop) objectives; and

What training and/or development activities they need to undertake in order to improve their individual contribution and performance.

Young people are actively sought each year to join our training scheme.
