Multi award winning Joseph & Henry are a 3rd generation family owned master butcher who produce all their own meat pies, pasties, sweet pies, meat suet puddings and pastry.

We also make all our own homemade sausages; Pork & Sage, Plain Pork, Cumberland, Pork & Leek, Lincolnshire, Beef, Venison, Caribbean, Hot and Spicy, Chorizo Pork, Merguez, Gluten Free, Sweet Chilli & Mango, Thai Style, Chive, Chilli Beef , Garlic, Caramelised Onion & Garlic. All our sausages can be produced in traditional, jumbo, chipolata, cocktail or Cumberland sizes.

Having evolved to meet ever-changing lifestyle trends, we are well-positioned to offer a bespoke, quality service, which combines traditional butchery methods with cutting edge, state of the art technology and innovation.

Operating from Food Standards Agency approved premises, we are able to supply a comprehensive range of products, backed up by full provenance and traceability and specialise in the only the finest produce. All deliveries are through our own fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles. We can supply for resale any product we currently produce and also can create something unique or develop a brand bespoke to you.

Breeds & Provenance

Full traceability is guaranteed at Joseph & Henry. In fact, we have been demanding traceability certificates from our suppliers for over 20 years, way before it was fashionable to do so or required by legislation. Food samples are also sent weekly to ALS, one of the UK’s leading accredited providers of food testing services.

Beef and lamb are grass fed, pork is outdoor reared, and we give our customers the choice to purchase either barn reared or free range chickens & eggs depending on preference.
