Place an order and pay online and it will be ready and waiting for you to collect at the store of your choice. Details of all our shops and their locations can be found by clicking the 'Our Shops' link on the home page. 

 

NATIONWIDE HOME OR WORKPLACE DELIVERY

FREE meat delivery on all orders over £50 in Kent and £75 nationwide*. For orders under the £50 (Kent) or £75 (National) there will be £9 delivery charge. Please ensure that there will be someone to accept the delivery on your chosen day, or stipulate in the delivery comments box what the courier should do if no-one is home.

*Saturdays - there is a £7 surcharge for Saturday deliveries outside of Kent due to courier charges.

In order for your products to arrive in perfect condition (if your delivery address is outside the Kent area) we cut your order as soon as it arrives with us. Packing everything ready for the fridge so that individual items can be taken out when required. Once prepared we immediately place your products in our commercial chiller which cools everything really quickly to very low temperatures (unlike home domestic chillers which can take up to 2 days to chill a large number of items to very low temperatures). Doing this means all the work is done for you and on receipt of your order you simply leave out what you would like to cook immediately and place all other items in the freezer for later. Please note any cooked meats ordered will not be be chilled to almost frozen but sent fresh.

We are now also pleased to be able to offer a special 'before 12pm' option for meat delivery in Kent (available Monday - Friday). There is an additional charge of £4 for this service. You are also able to track your order online with the courier if you wish. Please email sales@rooksonline.co.uk to make a request to use this service.

Although we offer 8am to 8pm as our delivery options everyone will be contacted on the day by text so please leave a mobile number if you wish to recieve this service (this slot will be no longer than 2 hours and in many cases will be much less- we however cannot provide this service at Christmas). Should you wish your order to be delivered to an alternative address rather than the billing address please let us know by filling in the relevant details on the checkout information.

Rook's Online take the utmost care selecting your produce and will always endeavour to send you only the very best, however, we offer a full refund service against any product found to be sub standard providing it is returned to us by it's best before date. This does not effect any statutory right.
