English Red Leicester (Per 200g)
Made in a similar way to Cheddar, Red Leicester is a crumblier cheese that gets its distinct colour from adding Annatto extract during manufacture. It is a Cow's milk cheese that unsurprisingly originated in Leicestershire. It has a firm texture and a slightly nutty taste. This product reaches its optimum flavour by being aged between 4 to 9 months.
